Bertina is a certified trainer with Coldwell Banker, an Illinois Real Estate Broker, Graduate REALTOR ® Institute (GRI) designee, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designee and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designee. She is also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Chicago Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Northern Illinois Regional MLS, Illinois Association of Realtors, and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.
Roxanna Daniel, Head of Construction Services
Roxanna is a National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) certified instructor of specialty crafts in all trades and an OSHA 10 certificate holder. She is NCCER certified in core curriculum, weatherization, painting and carpentry. Roxanna specializes in construction compliance, risk management, renovation and property marketability.
